Radiator, pump, fan, full shroud, built-in overflow tank, and fan controller in one welded assembly.
162 L/min
Pump flow at 13 V DC

One shared battery, motor, and inverter loop, sized for drive systems up to 150 kW. Also suits a small gas engine.
View cooling specificationsThe Combined Cooling Unit puts the radiator, pump, fan, full shroud, built-in overflow tank, and fan controller in one welded aluminum assembly. The pump mounts straight to the core and runs whenever the ignition is on. Connect power and ground, then set the fan-on point on the controller dial.

Radiator, pump, fan, full shroud, built-in overflow tank, and fan controller with a 30 A relay.
One Deutsch DTP connector; no separate fan controller or relay to source. The pump runs whenever the ignition is on.
A probe in the radiator reads coolant temperature. Set the fan-on point on the controller dial from 90–210 °F (32–99 °C).
−16 AN inlet and outlet; −16 AN ORB female pump ports. For liquid-cooled EV conversions and ICE cars; no Formosa EV Vehicle Control Unit needed.
Move the controller off the assembly when the vehicle needs more vertical clearance. Coolant manifolds are available as a separate option.
Pump flow and burst pressure are pump component ratings. They are not assembly heat-rejection performance or radiator-cap pressure.
